• Each rental period is 4 days, and the price is for the full rental period. A $25 late fee per day will be issued for any orders returned late.

  • We are based in Hinsdale, Illinois, and offer free pickup or delivery for a fee to Chicago suburbs. Please inquire to receive a delivery quote and to ensure we service your area.

  • No! We specialize in events for 12 or fewer people, but we’re happy to jazz up smaller get-togethers as well, depending on availability. Rent what you need!

  • No, we do not. But we are happy to accommodate a meeting to review samples in your home.

  • Once you’ve selected your items, we require a 50% deposit to hold your selections. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the event. If you cancel your order within 14 days of the event, you will not owe the 50% balance but will forfeit the deposit. If you cancel with less than 14 days to the event date, the order becomes non-refundable.

  • One perk to renting is you’re off the hook for cleaning. We just ask you to please rinse to remove all food and drink remnants from plates and glassware and shake out linens to ensure they’re free of debris. Don’t worry about running in your dishwasher—we’ll handle thorough cleaning once returned.

  • We recommend reserving early for the best availability. But we’re all for last-minute get-togethers and are happy to accommodate those events as well.

  • You will be charged a fee for replacing the item if it’s damaged beyond repair (such as a broken glass, chipped plate, or stained napkin).
